Rachel is a Registered Massage Therapist offering massage therapy in the heart of Nelson, BC. Located in a beautiful heritage home and multidisciplinary clinic, Rachel’s practice offers client-centred care in a calm, supportive environment.
Massage therapy is beneficial for both acute and chronic conditions, including injury rehabilitation and recovery, jaw tension, hip and back pain, and much more. Treatments are also supportive for mental health, helping to reduce stress and promote relaxation.
Sessions are tailored to each individual, incorporating techniques like myofascial release, deep tissue massage, and joint mobilizations to improve mobility and relieve tension. Self-care tools to support and empower your well-being outside of the treatment room are also offered.
Clear communication, consent-based care, and a respectful, inclusive space are central to every treatment.
